Mustard (Sarson) Cake (khal)
Mustard Cake (khal) is the waste remained after expelling the oil from the mustard seeds. By applying mustard cake on the hair, the dryness ends, the hair becomes shiny and attractive and promotes hair growth.
Hot Oil Massage
Take any type of oil like mustard, coconut, olive, sesame and almond, Indian gooseberry (Amla) oil etc. During night-time before sleeping, massage your hair with lukewarm oil with your fingertips gently and wash the hair in the morning. Follow this method two times in one week. Do not rub your hair it will weak your hair roots and tips. This method is good for those people who doesn’t like to oil hair during day time.
Buttermilk or Yogurt
This method is very effective for removing dryness from hair. We know that after using this the hair smells foul but don’t hesitate to use it. Wash your hair with buttermilk or with yogurt, it helps in ending dryness, dandruff, moisture and strengthen your hair.
Biotin for Hair Fall
Biotin vitamin is water-soluble, found in green leafy vegetables. So, you eat more and more green leafy vegetables. Its deficiency can cause hair fall and hair loss. Using biotin tablets available in the market will help to renew hair follicles, making your hair thicker and healthier.
Take 2-3 biotin tablets, crush them and mix it with any type of oil above said. Massage your hair with this mixture so oil is reached to scalp and provides nourishment. Leave it overnight and rinse your hair with mild shampoo. Use this oil twice in a week, you will see results within a month.
5. Vitamin for Hair
Various types of vitamin play a functional role in hair growth. They can help to improve the overall health of your hair. Vitamin E is major vitamin, acts as an antioxidant and helps to reduce oxidative stress on your scalp. This greatly affects your hair growth. Vitamin E capsules are available in market. You can take one or two capsules, mix it with any type of oil and massage your hair with lukewarm oil. Your hair becomes healthier and shiner. It works on removal of dead cells, build-up on the scalp and opens up pores of your scalp.
Aloe Vera gel
It has proteolytic enzymes that stimulates hair growth. It removes dead cells from your scalp and improves your hair texture. Take fresh Aloe Vera leaf, cut it and extract gel from it. Apply it directly on your hair for two-hour and wash your hair with mild shampoo. You can also apply aloe gel with two three capsules of Vitamin-E and massage your hair. This will give nourishment to your hair and moisture your hair.
Use of Castor Oil with Different Oils
To make 225 ml oil, take 100 ml coconut, 25 ml castor, 50 ml almond and 50 ml olive oil. Make a mixture of these oils and put into the glass bottle for later use. Apply this lukewarm mixture on your hair and massage your hair. It will strengthen the roots and tips of your hair and condition your hair.
Use of Vitamin E Capsules with Different Oils
To make mixture of 200 ml of oil, take 100 ml coconut oil, 50 ml olive oil, 50 ml almond oil and take 4-5 capsules of vitamin E and make a mixture of all ingredients. Now put this mixture into the glass bottle for later use. Massage your hair with lukewarm oil, it will nourish your scalp and promotes the hair growth. It also eliminates the dandruff and dryness from your hair.
Indian Gooseberry (Amla) Oil
Amla is rich in vitamin C, a nutrition for the growth and strengthening of hair. Vitamin C helps to build collagen – a vital for hair growth. Amla also prevents premature greying of hair. Take 1 kg of fresh amla fruit (green) and boil them in 6 litre water. When its 1/8th part is remained, take 1.5 litre Sesame oil, mix 1/8th part of amla concentrate in Sesame oil and boil it on low flame. When the oil is boiled properly, cool it and strain the oil to put into the glass bottle. Apply this oil on your hair two times a week. It will give nourishment to your hair and control the hair fall.
10. Yoga and Meditation
Practising relaxation techniques like Yoga and Meditation help to get good and adequate sleep. It will help to reduce stress level and strengthen your hair roots. This will further lead to hair growth and prevents hair falling, greying of hair caused due to constant worrying conditions.
