Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns: Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of herbal and personal care products, we only accept returns if the item received is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please email us at our official support address within 48 hours of receiving the product, including photos of the issue.

Conditions for Refund: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
