1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on aoneherbal.com are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. We offer various shipping tiers based on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
  • Express Shipping: Available in select regions, typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. This message will contain your unique tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

4. Delivery Areas

A One Herbal currently ships to all major pin codes across the country. If your location is in a remote or restricted area, our team will contact you if additional shipping charges apply or if the courier service is unavailable in your region.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We kindly ask customers to double-check their shipping address before finalizing an order. A One Herbal is not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the user. Any additional shipping costs incurred for re-routing or re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging our herbal products to prevent damage. However, if you receive your order in a damaged condition, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our customer support team at support@aoneherbal.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a claim or replacement.
